The studio is officially ‘un fait accompli’ or as we say in English, finished. It somehow sounds better and more refined when said in French though. The studio has been a work in progress for a few months now, getting it ready for our BeYou(tiful) sessions. We wanted to make it a relaxing atmosphere, using the best available light possible.
Throughout the past few months, we have invited guests to be our test subjects. I know that sounds terrible, but honestly you need to do this when using a new permanent space. Shooting in a studio is very different from shooting on location. If we don’t like the light or space on location we simply move to another location or create new light. When in the studio, that is not quite as easy, we only have a certain amount of space to work with and we would like to work with the most beautiful natural light possible for our BeYou(tiful) sessions. Our guests were asked about the space and and suggestions and changes were made from those sessions. It is not to say that as time goes on the space won’t change again, but at this time we are very happy with how everything has turned out.
Our goal is to capture your beauty and make you feel as beautiful as you are while you are here. Our hair and makeup artist, Michelle, is absolutely lovely and works to compliment your beauty and enhance your best features. She will talk to you about how glamorous you would like to look, do you want to be more natural or would you like that full on smokey eye? Do you like straight hair or are you all for big hair with gorgeous curls? All these questions go into our makeover with you as well as discussions on what to bring to wear.
We still have a few spaces open for sessions in April and are booking into May and June. To book your BeYou(tiful) session contact us info@annaeppphotography.com for dates and details. A true ‘Girls Day Out’ you will want to make a date for dinner because you will look and feel fabulous.
